About Us:
1. AP WebDesign is a registered private company at CIPC with no fraudulent activities occurring.
2. The company is aimed at providing services to individuals, businesses and build long term relationships.
3. Our offices remain open from Monday-Friday which is 5 business days a week.
4. The client may be subjected to providing information such as business address, identity information and bank details which will be used for their own benefit.
Agreement:
1. The agreement between both parties is concluded where one potential client proceeds to purchase our service.
2. There is a box tick that must be pressed by one individual that confirms that the terms and conditions have been carefully read with understanding before proceeding to checkout.
3. If the potential client enters their bank information and submit it to use, it means they agree to our subscription payment plan that requires the same amount to be paid every month.
4. When the client agrees to our subscription plan the money will be taken from their bank account that they submitted every month.
5. The website remains the company’s property as clients are required to pay in instalments.
Personal Information and Privacy:
1. AP WebDesign is not associated with any third-party company therefore the information that is obtained from our clients remains private and not to be used against the client’s will
2. It is against the law for any of our team member to use client’s information for their own personal use, such behaviour must be reported immediately to our head office via AP WebDesign website or call +27 76 434 9743 in which you will be assisted, and the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible to prevent fraudulent practices.
Copyright:
1. AP WebDesign has created their website from scratch which means there were no pictures, writings or content was taken illegally. We advise any company or individuals to not use any of our creation that is found in this website to their own benefit.
2. If we found any copied work we will be forced to take legal actions against that particular company or individuals.
Cancellation and Refund:
1. The client may cancel their subscription on our website within 5 days after payment has been made.
2. Once cancellation period has ended and the client has not cancelled their subscription the payment for that month will be taken.
3. If it may happen that the client decides to cancel their subscription plan within cancellation period, they will not be charged any additional fees but there may be consequences such as the website being blocked until the client decides to make the payment the website will remain blocked.
